Over the two hours we have together, Gemma will take you through the lino-printing process from start to finish. We'll being with a few warm-up drawing skills, leading into some linocutting techniques and a demonstration on how to transfer your design onto a lino-block. Over the second part of the workshop, you'll learn how to carve your design and finally how to make a print!

This session will be open for up to 16 people, thus providing a friendly atmosphere, where guidance and support can take place.

There will be an option to have cameras off or on, depending on your comfort.

We're looking forward to bringing a group of lovely queer women and non-binary people together to learn a new creative skill online!

IMPORTANT: Lino materials are not included in the free admission. You will need: pencil, paper, 1 block of lino, 1 lino cutter and handle, some lino printing ink, a roller, and some paper to roll your ink on. An Esdee Lino Cut Taster Kit is available for purchase on Amazon for £12.
